Creating an impression comes naturally to Gildenburgh. Computer to press capabilities mean fast and efficient turnaround, matched with high quality and reliability. This waterless print which eliminates the use of solvents and chemicals may be combined with 100% recycled paper to give the perfect environmental choice.

Imaging the plates on press, in perfect register, also eliminates a need for film and film chemistry, which represents a real time and cost saving for customers. From the “first copy off’ to the last, the results are clear, crisp and in perfect register. By producing very little waste, Gildenburgh’s print offers environmental and commercial advantages.

Offset printing can be produced on all types of paper from 80gsm to 400gsm board and on a range of finishes. Stationery, flyers, through to corporate brochures are regularly printed in four colour process at a maximum speed of 10,000 impressions per hour.

Utilising the new Rampage Ripping workflow has provided higher screen resolutions and more accurate ink profiling resulting in greater quality and even less waste material.
